More details about me.

Prior to becoming a web designer, I was initially an art teacher, and then ran my own stained glass studio for many years. It was a wonderful career, full of constant challenge and inspiring collaborations. I treasure many memories, and many windows occasionally revisited!

Windows are the interface between the inside and the outside. The possibilties of incorporating qualities of line, colour, transparency, opacity, light and texture, were endless!. Click on these links to see some of my work: - a portion of a STAIRWELL WINDOW in a home in Sydney. This second example was for a BATHROOM , and this, for an  OFFICE  FOYER . I always enjoyed responding to the inherent requirements of commissions and in finding both design and cost effective solutions, whilst maintaining the integrity of the medium. ELEMENTS OF DEBATE is one of two windows for New Parliament House, Canberra. This next panel was one of a series for the Chinese Cultural Club, Sydney,  VIEW A DETAIL, ... and lastly, one of my favourite larger windows in The Holy Family Church, Sacred Heart Parish, Luddenham, NSW,  VIEW WINDOW .

A few years ago, the need to finally change my direction, led me back to college, where I studied Applied Design - Interactive Multimedia, and became totally absorbed with the potential of the Internet. A new passion evolved. I had moved from one 'interface' to another, a new window of opportunity, and here I am!

The technology that facilitates The Web, is undergoing constant change, and coming from a creative vantage point, I rely upon jpwebworks' technical expertize and collaboration. Working together in this way, we are able to design and build what we hope are - 'unique sites for unique people!' - and to 'make the web work for your business'.

We look forward to the opportunity to discuss ideas with you.
